Oversees and assures appropriate planning and coordinates activities of the Document Management group.  Ensures that Document Management deliverables are completed and delivered within contractual guidelines.  Supervises Document Management staff and ensures compliance with PRA processes and SOP’s.


  • Supervises Document Management staff
  • Ensures staff development and performance feedback are provided through activities such as mentorship and career development
  • Communicates team and individual goals and expectations to ensure direct reports understand their responsibilities
  • Responsible for managing the performance of staff, including providing input into salaries, bonuses as well as nominations for promotions
  • Promotes a positive and professional work environment
  • Ensures proper training and resourcing of staff
  • When required, additional responsibilities may include:
    • Provides oversight for setup, maintenance and delivery of the Trial Master File:
    • Serves as the main point of contact for PRA and the client in relation to Document Management activities
    • Participates in the preparation of audits/inspections and presents information relative to functional area
    • Ensures that Document Management deliverables are completed within contractual guidelines


Minimum Qualifications

  • Read, write and speak English; fluent in host country language required.
  • Proficient working within a Microsoft Office Environment
  • Prior industry experience
  • Prior experience in a leadership role
  • Undergraduate degree or its international equivalent from an accredited institution
  • At least two years' experience in managing employees preferred
