Our Human Resources team plays an integral role in PRA’s success by driving talent management strategies in support of our most valuable asset – our people. As an HR Coordinator in our Lenexa, KS office, you will have the opportunity to support and partner with all levels of employees and leaders in your day-to-day interactions. Reporting to the Associate Director of Human Resources, you will utilize your strong organizational and administrative skills as well as your human resources knowledge to support day-to-day operations, and will have a proven track record of working independently and communicating clearly, both verbally and in writing. A critical function of this role is to partner with the broader human resources team at both the local and corporate level to ensure the highest level of service is being provided to our internal customers. You will use your critical thinking skills to understand, anticipate and resolve issues of varying complexity. We are seeking a self-starter who has the ability to continuously and proactively prioritize in the midst of competing responsibilities. Confidentiality, professionalism and effective interpersonal communication skills are key to your success in this role.
