Position Title: Systems Administrator 3
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Location: 4130 ParkLake Avenue, Suite 400, Raleigh, NC 27612
Summary of Duties: Install, maintain, and support enterprise applications. Ensure high level of application availability. Provide technical support to developers. Implement additional functionality to supplement vendor supplied programs. Respond to users requests for assistance including help desk tickets, phone requests, email correspondence. Instruct users on correct system usage. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues. Communicate with vendors to resolve system issues. Develop, test, and implement system changes, upgrades, and patches. Maintain System Design Life Cycle (SDLC) documentation. Maintain system configuration including user accounts, project setup, data dictionaries. Monitor and maintain application servers including review logs and managed disk space. Install and configure application software on new servers. Install client software on user PCs and assists Corp IT personnel in the development and testing of new PC configurations. Ensure proper backup of application data.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and three (3) years’ experience in the offered role or as a Computer Systems Analyst, Software Engineer, or related role. Experience must include: relational databases including Oracle; SQL programming; application specific processes in Data warehousing and Business Intelligence technologies; all aspects of Tableau Administration; and supporting Tableau Users through Dashboard and Visualization management and creation.
