**This is an office-based position that can be located in either of 2 office locations (Raleigh, NC OR Blue Bell, PA)**


Security Manager, IAM Solutions leverages PRAH’s IAM tools and methodology to streamline the process of managing digital identities to ensure access is appropriately approved, reviewed and provisioned/de-provisioned in a timely manner per PRAH Systems and Access Management policies.


Work you’ll do

As the Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions owner, you will:

  • Manage Access Governance by providing analysis and process expertise for IAM activities involving access certification, provisioning, and application/system on-boarding.
  • Demonstrate advanced understanding of complex business and IT identity and access management processes, risks and requirements to enhance IAM security controls and processes.
  • Responsible to operate and promote the SailPoint IdentityIQ product across the PRAH business and IT environment.
  • Responsible to develop and align PRA IAM policies, SOPs and work instructions to business & regulatory requirements.
  • Accountable for proper operation of IAM processes and tools against PRA Policy and SOPs.
  • Work with stakeholders (Business, IT, Compliance) to prioritize onboarding of applications/infrastructure components into multi-year SailPoint IAM Roadmap based on risk.
  • Work with project teams and development teams to continue delivery of new interfaces and onboarding of applications/systems.
  • Have the ability to work with limited supervision to continuously improve the IAM posture at PRAH from a technical and functional perspective.



  • 3+ years plus experience in architecting, implementing and operating IAM systems across global environments at both the application and infrastructure level.
  • 2+ years hands-on experience with installation, integration and deployment of Sailpoint IdentityIQ and/or IdentityNow product.
  • 2+ years Identity & Access Governance including Role based access control, access request and certification
  • Identity Management familiarity in one or more of the following areas:
    • Account Certfication
    • Single Sign On
    • Identity Federation
    • Enterprise Directory Architecture and Design including directory schema, namespace and replication topology experience
    • Resource Provisioning/De-Provisioning
    • Azure AD
    • Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) technologies
    • Privileged Access Management
  • Identity & Access Governance including Role based access control (RBAC), access request and account certification.
  • Previous experience working in heavily regulated global environments (Healthcare, Financial). 
  • BA/BS Degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, Business



  • Certifications such as: CISSP, CISM, or CISA certification a plus
  • Familiarity of ITIL framework
