Recruiter/HR Business Partner

Overview

***Please note this role will combine 75% recruiting and 25% HR Business Partner work. ***

 

The Recruiter is responsible for the delivery of Recruiting services and programs, including the identification and
recruitment of individuals from outside PRA to fill open and planned positions in a timely and cost-effective manner and/or working on
Recruiting projects, programs, and systems.

Responsibilities

  • Negotiates compensation packages with potential candidates
  • Conducts in-person evaluation interviews for candidates
  • Develops and implements effective practices for checking references of potential employees, including degree
  • verifications and approved background checks
  • Continuously sources applicants for potential openings; maintains a pipeline of qualified individuals
  • Provides meaningful feedback on candidates to hiring managers for use in the hiring decisions
  • Conducts screening interviews to identify qualified candidates; assumes responsibility for initial interview
  • scheduling note: it is the responsibility of the recruiter to insure effective interview scheduling and applicant flow,
  • even if supported by an assistant or coordinator
  • Ensures proper review and disposition of all resumes received, including submission for scanning/editing/entry
  • into the PRA resume database,
  • Presents slate of qualified candidates to hiring managers as open positions are identified
  • Answers candidate inquires, maintains resume file, schedules, sponsors, and conducts interviews, and conducts
  • tours and introductions
  • Notifies applicants of application status, and maintains contact as required
  • Identifies candidates for key positions, and develops the relationship required to effectively recruit for current or
  • future positions
  • Develops and maintains Recruiting information systems
  • Develops and implements internal Recruiting programs such as Relocation, Immigration,
  • Internal Recruiting, Internal Transfer, Employee Referral, and works on other projects and programs as required
  • Develops and improves internal process flows and documentation consistent with PRA Management Systems initiatives
  • Serves as part of a front-line team providing support for employees and managers in the areas of HR programs, processes and practices such as day to day issues including policies, paid time off and general HR questions
  • Proposes improvements and proposals to implement for existing programs and processes
  • Schedules and/or conducts exit interviews for voluntary terminations
  • Onboarding, new-hire orientation and various areas of training on an as-needed basis

Qualifications

 

  • 2-5 years of recruiting experience (prefer high volume)
  • Read, write, and speak fluent English; fluency in host country language required    
  • Undergraduate degree or educational equivalent or equivalent combination of education, training and experience  
  • PHR certification is a plus
