Who are you?
You are knowledgeable in worker’s compensation and you are confident in your ability to effectively manage a claim from start to finish to achieve the outcomes needed by multiple stakeholders. You understand general insurance coverage and legal liability issues and will work quickly to provide necessary information to all parties involved. You are someone who has the vision and ability to develop and drive processes.
What will you be doing?
A brand new position at PRA, you will have the opportunity to shape and mold what the Enterprise Risk Management Analyst – Insurance will do on a day to day basis. Effectively communicating with all parties involved including insurance brokers and insurance carriers, you are empathetic to our PRA employee affected by an on the job accident and work diligently to make sure they are fairly being taken care of while undergoing medical treatment as well as ensuring accommodations are made for their return to PRA. Donning your detective hat, you are a super sleuth, investigating and discerning the causes of claims and providing recommendations and developing programs to improve safety across PRA.
