Leads Volunteer Recruiting Associate and Administrative Assistant in the Recruiting Department. Ensure that staff fulfills responsibilities in accordance with PRA policies, procedures, SOPs, ICH‐GCP guidelines, local regulatory authority regulations and client requirements. Provides staff resources to ensure on time recruitment with full panels of subjects for all projects. Also, directs a process of constantly identifying potential new study subjects for clinical trials.


  • As needed, works with PRA IT Department & Help Desk to ensure excellent function of the computers and phone system in the Recruiting
  • Department.
  • Is thoroughly familiar with and follows all applicable PRA and client SOPs; clearly documents any deviation from these SOPs; and contributes to
  • PRA’s continuous improvement efforts.
  • Builds teamwork and improves process and productivity by working across functional areas.
  • Develops PRA employees to ensure high quality work performance and retention of high quality employees.
    • Ensures staff development and performance feedback are provided through activities such as mentorship and career development.
    • Communicates team/individual goals and expectations to ensure direct reports understand their responsibilities.
  • Reviews study specific questionnaires to ensure consistency and efficiency in the department.


  • Three years of equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Call center experience strongly preferred
  • Read, write and speak fluent English; fluent in host country language required
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution or three years of equivalent management experience
  • Four years of equivalent management experience preferred.
