Leads Volunteer Recruiting Associate and Administrative Assistant in the Recruiting Department. Ensure that staff fulfills responsibilities in accordance with PRA policies, procedures, SOPs, ICH‐GCP guidelines, local regulatory authority regulations and client requirements. Provides staff resources to ensure on time recruitment with full panels of subjects for all projects. Also, directs a process of constantly identifying potential new study subjects for clinical trials.
