Responsibilities

As Senior Manager Medical Writing, you will oversee deliverables, supervises employees, and provides expertise in the area of regulatory writing, publications writing, and regulatory publishing.

 

•    Interviews and selects team members according to sponsor needs.
•    Takes a lead role in the development of department procedures and initiatives.
•    Collaborates with other departments to identify, investigate, and implement new business opportunities.
•    Provides strategic direction for regulatory writing, publication writing, or regulatory publishing programs.

Qualifications

 

 

  • 5 years of leadership experience in clinical and scientific communications, including 2 years of formal people management experience
  • Strong preference for a candidate with managerial experience at a CRO
  • Preference for a candidate several years experience as a Regulatory Medical Writer (not Medical Communications), either at a CRO or for a Pharma company
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree - Strong preference for advanced degree
