    You are a great relationship builder with exceptional communication skills who likes working cross functionally with the project management and clinical operations teams in addition to other compliance departments to ensure country specific laws and regulations are followed to minimize risk in our clinical trials.

    You like reviewing contracts and communicating any legal/budgetary issues you see.

    You are a proactive team player with an amazing attention to detail.

    You aim to produce the highest quality work, while maintaining professionalism, a courteous attitude and helpful communications with clients and our fellow team members. 


    What will you be doing?


    The Contract Associate will be responsible for the commercial relationship with sites involved in clinical trials including work from contract and amendment language, budget negotiation within the established timeline parameters. The Contract Associate is able to perform in a fast paced environment, able to create and reset priorities as the need arises, identify and raise issues before they become critical, and adjust quickly to the changes of a dynamic organization. 


    What do you need to have?

    • Read write and speak fluent English; fluent in host country language required.
    • Familiarity with contracts.
    • Bachelor’s Degree or international equivalent. 
    • Prefer JD or advance degree.
    • Experience in relevant areas involving contracts, negotiation, or sales.
    • Position can be office based or remote. 
    • To qualify, applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada, and should not require, now or in the future, sponsorship for employment visa status.
