Position Overview:


The Product Marketing Specialist is a highly collaborative role that combines strong communication skills, analytical thinking, adaptability, creativity and project management. The role is a great opportunity to develop your marketing skills within a global corporate and contribute towards ensuring PRA is a step ahead.


In this role you will work very closely with leadership from multiple PRA business units and other members of the Marketing Team on a variety of initiatives. With the purpose of growing market share, improving customer experience and propelling growth at PRA you will be responsible for:


  • Brand refresh projects, including positioning and messaging.
  • Creating, executing, maintaining and continually updating marketing plans, along with the corresponding budgets.
  • Assisting and/or executing various elements of the marketing plans including:
    • Strategy development
    • Idea generation
    • Market research
    • Content creation
    • Promotional activities
  • Reviewing ROI/performance analysis on marketing tactics.
  • Managing projects diligently, ensuring timelines, quality and consistency while keeping all members of the project team informed and engaged.

In addition to the above:

  • Prepares materials for internal and external communication on service and product offerings, business plans and company communications.
  • Works with marketing colleagues in the planning and development of strategic marketing and public relations objectives, marketing plans and the execution of those plans.
  • Conducts comprehensive market research and analysis.
  • Drives participation and executing of tradeshows, including coordinates logistics registration and attendee tracking, presentation and materials support and pre- and post-event evaluations.
  • Drives external perception through promotion of PRA and its experts in trade publications, speaking events and other opportunities.
  • Organizes, plans and executes marketing events, such as webinars, podcasts, trade shows, media events and customer related events.


•    2 to 4 years prior marketing experience.
•    Read, write and speak fluent English; fluent in host country language.
•    An undergraduate degree in Marketing, a Business related discipline, or equivalent experience.

•    An advanced degree or Master’s Degree in Business preferred
