What You Will Be Doing:
You will be responsible for supporting our Salesforce customer relationship management (CRM) ecosystem and our vibrant user community. This means performing a range of tasks, typically focused on daily user support, data cleansing and reporting. Prompt and personalized customer care is critical because time is of the essence in a sales environment. You will also be working cross-functionally with other teams in order to effectively solve issues and support overall sales operations.
