    What will you be doing?



    Presents PRA and the Site Commercial Solutions team in front of clients and representing the Executive Director in meetings when she is unable to attend.
    Manages the timely production of accurate financial information and assists in the coordination of efforts with other departments within PRA. Participates in the resolution of other specialized technical accounting and daily operational issues as they arise.

    Accountable for SOX compliance, process re-engineering and risk mitigation for a specific group of entities
    Monitoring compliance with PRA accounting policies and procedures Responsible for the Business Control of specific units/groups
    Responsible for the budget preparation in such a way that the budget deliverables are delivered based on the agreed timelines and quality standards
    Internal PRA “expert”/ contact person for finance matters for the relevant entities
    Positions at this level typically perform managerial functions over multiple organizational units, a specific region or an entire organization.
    Employees exercise a high level of independent decision-making.
    Employees may be responsible for cross training and assignment of staff across heterogeneous service areas in order to effectively respond to work needs.


    What do you need to have?



    • A minimum of 3-5 years employment-related finance and accounting experience.
    • Managerial experience preferred.
    • Proficiency in spreadsheet software required
    • Articulate and professional, and communicate in a clear, positive fashion with clients and staff
    • Must demonstrate excellent analytical and organizational skills.  Must have strength in working with spreadsheets and databases.
    • Proven ability to work under pressure.
    • Must be able to work independently as a self-starter and must be a team player.
    • Read, write and speak fluent English; fluent in host country language required.
    • Bachelor’s degree or its international equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Information Management
    • To qualify, applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States, and should not require, now or in the future, sponsorship for employment visa status.
