    What You Will Be Doing:


    Designs, develops, and evaluates training solutions for company staff that meet corporate goals and initiatives. Uses a variety of different learning strategies and technologies to best address the training needs and apply the theories and appropriate processes for designing and developing training.


    Key Responsibilities in this role include:

    • Participates in department projects.
    • Collaborates in the development of user documentation/ training materials.
    • Coordinates production of instructional materials with subject matter expert (SME).
    • Displays understanding of the systems, processes, and program areas needed to work with internal SMEs.
    • Curates learning materials, ensuring LMS content remains current and relevant.
    • Interprets and assist in maintaining metrics, objectives and other accountabilities.
    • Upholds department values and expected behaviors.



    What You Need to Have:


    You will need to have excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail as well as strong written and verbal communication skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and vendors.  A Can-do attitude and the ability to multi-task are necessary to meet timelines and deliverables.


    Here’s what else you need:


    • Bachelor’s Degree or international equivalent in education, instructional design or related field required
    • Basic understanding of adult learning theory
    • No formal job experience is required
    • Skill in using applicable multi-media software packages and Microsoft applications
    • Understanding clinical research, a plus
    • Basic knowledge of Learning Management Systems
    • Basic understanding of the importance of reliable delivery of services and customer support of target audience, timelines and deliverables
    • Skill in navigating through company’s enterprise systems
    • To qualify, applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States, and should not require, now or in the future, sponsorship for employment visa status.
