What You Will Be Doing:
Evaluates, designs, and develops training solutions for company staff that meet corporate goals and initiatives. Uses a variety of different learning strategies and technologies to best address the training needs of the intended audience. Applies adult learning theory and appropriate processes for designing and developing training.
