    What will you be doing?

    You will be a key member of the Study Start-Up team. You will:

    • Interact successfully with both internal and external customers
    • Exhibit good decision making skills, utilizing all available resources for determing positive outcomes
    • Negotiate with sites regarding scheduling availability to obtain the nearest possible timeslot
    • Communicate proactively with CRA regarding confirmed visits
    • Coordinate monitoring visits with the Site and the assigned CRA
    • Manage and oversee the daily volume of monitoring visits to be scheduled
    • Identify and escalate issues before they become critical
    • Adjust quickly to the changes of a dynamic organization
    • Work cross-functionally in support of scheduling timely site monitoring visits
    • Update systems in a timely and accurate way
    • Be highly organized in an environment with shifting priorities
    • Manage an Outlook visit calendar for 10+ CRAs
    • Be goal-driven, understanding the business impact of not scheduling the visit on time
    • Analyze data and metrics relating to visit scheduling cycle times
    • Learn various reporting tools, such as OBIEE BI Publisher and Tableau

    Qualifications

    What do you need to have?

    • Bachelors degree or, an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key responsibilities of the job.

      Minimum of 2 years of related experience
    • Flexibility with competing priorities
    • Exceptional time-management skills
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
    • Clinical trials support or pharmaceutical industry experience required
    • Knowledge of ICH and local regulatory authority drug research and development regulations required
    • Ability to read, write and speak fluent English required
    • To qualify, applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States, and should not require, now or in the future, sponsorship for employment visa status.
