    Hours:                                                    Monday – Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

    Summary of Duties:                                           


    Work individually and within teams to analyze needs, determine requirements, develop applications, and maintain or extend applications to support the information technology of business and operational users. Utilize a system development life cycle methodology and standard operating procedures to deliver high-quality technology solutions to clients, departments, and users.


    Primary responsibilities include: 

    • Analyze end-user needs and design, test, and develop software to satisfy demand.
    • Analyze and translate business requirements in functional and non-functional system requirements.
    • Develop, implement, and maintain systems that conform to company’s information technology principles, software development methodology, architecture, and best practices.
    • Partner with infrastructure and architectural heads to ensure the application meets service level standards and roadmap requirements.
    • Assist in developing technical workflows using different modeling techniques.
    • Debug problems with information systems using a variety of analytical skills, techniques, and resources.
    • Provide training, technical support, and documentation of information systems to peers and end users.




    Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field and one (1) year of experience as an IT Process Engineer or related role.  Experience must include: Salesforce Configuration or development - 1 year; Software development lifecycle methodologies including Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile - 1 year; Coding standards including Code Style and Formatting, Naming conventions, Adoption of Design Patterns, and Code Comments - 1 year; Relational databases - 1 year; Business and system process flow techniques including UML, Sequence Diagrams, Flow Charts, Data Flow Diagrams, or Role Interaction diagrams - 1 year; One or more OOP languages including Salesforce Apex, Java, or C# - 1 year; Designing graphical user interfaces using graphical design tools - 1 year; Translating business requirements into system functional and non-functional requirements - 1 year; and Designing software solutions - 1 year.
