    What will you be doing?


    In short, you’ll be performing a variety of administrative duties, including to distributions of incoming serious adverse event (SAE)/adverse reaction (AR) information, scanning and photocopying of safety related documents, tracking of safety-related information, organizing and maintaining files, preparation of documents and reports, compiling records and posting information. All the while, you’ll be gaining necessary skill sets to advance, over time, into growth positions, such as Drug Safety Associate.


    What do you need to have?

    • 1 – 2 years of related experience. Experience in clinical, medical or lab environment preferred.
    • Previous experience using computerized information systems and standard application software (e.g. Windows, MS Office).
    • Demonstrated interpersonal skills.
    • Read, write and speak English; fluent in host country language.
    • A high school diploma and/or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
    • To qualify, applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States, and should not require, now or in the future, sponsorship for employment visa status.


    This position is office-based and located either in our Blue Bell, PA office and is eligible for 1 day work fromhome after 6 months.
