    Who are you? 
     
    You enjoy the hunt for the perfect candidate, you know all the tricks of the trade for sourcing and qualifying talent.  You know how to mine ATS data bases, skilled in Boolean searching, LinkedIn and social media.  
     
    You have mastered your messaging so you’re not just another inmail, email or phone call from a Recruiter stuck in metrics mode.   You have a social media presence but its real and approachable.  You understand your audience, their pain points and their motivations so there’s no sales pitch, just an honest approach to making a mutually beneficial match.  
     
    And lastly, most importantly, you believe in what we do, this not insignificant mission behind clinical research to bring drugs to the market that will change lives.  For that reason, recruiting is no longer just a job, a paycheck, it’s your passion and the thrill of a perfect placement is not just a win for you but it’s a win for PRA and every patient who will benefit from the work we’re doing today.

    Responsibilities

    What will you be doing?

     

    You will source candidates via cold calling, email, and using other recruiting tools to pipeline potential candidates; you will be active on social media branding the PRA talent brand and continually building and nurturing your network.  You may participate in career fairs, conferences, and networking events.

     

    Responsible for the successful sourcing of external candidates to support internal job requirements.

    • Develop external networks through web-based portals
    • Fully utilize and maintain candidate databases and systems
    • Works with the Client Facing Recruiters to develop business and staffing requirements, recruitment strategies and tactics
    • Networking through technical journals, publications, and the internet
    • Continuously sources applicants for potential openings; maintains a pipeline of qualified individuals
    • Conducts screening interviews to identify qualified candidates
    • Provides meaningful feedback and recommendations on candidates to the Client Facing Recruiters
    • Identifies candidates for key positions, and develops the relationship required to effectively recruit for current or future positions
    • The Sourcing Recruiter will publicize the role within social media forums, job boards, universities or other channels

    Qualifications

    What do you need to have?
    • Experience as a Recruiter (required) in health care or pharmaceutical industry desired, Read, write, and speak fluent English; fluent in host country language
    • An undergraduate degree from an accredited institution, or commensurate work experience, or commensurate work experience, is required
    • To qualify, applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States, and should not require, now or in the future, sponsorship for employment visa status.
