    What will you be doing?

    We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join the Project Management Office team.

    As a Project Associate the responsibilities in your role will include:

    • Scheduling Executive Global Project Reviews (GPRs) and Routine Global Project Reviews (GPRs) (~200-250/month). Scheduling ad-hoc reviews and clinics when needed.
    • Monitoring GPR meeting occurrence and PHD usage. Chasing teams/tracking compliance for Routine/Executive GPR scorecard submission and Health Assessments. Chasing teams with late MEOR submissions. Assist with monthly compliance reports when needed.
    • Answering inquiries from project teams, filing GPR slides on SharePoint, filing MEORs on SharePoint, filing scorecards in the Dashboard from GPRs and Health Assessments
    • Maintaining Executive GPR Action Tracker (Chasing/Resolving/Updating). Monitoring PHD maintenance (i.e. cleaning out un-needed files, pages, empty entries, etc.)  
    • Attending Executive GPRs and completing pre/post follow up Exec GPR tasks (pre-reads, summaries, Scorecard/PHD entry). Attending Executive Clinics. Attending Routine GPRs for oversight when needed. Assisting with meeting preparation (FOCUS forum, Quarterly SSD Program Reviews, etc.)

    Qualifications

    What do you need to have?

    Qualifications:

     

    • One year administrative work experience required.
    • High School Degree or International equivalent required.
    • Bachelor’s degree or its international equivalent preferred.
    • Articulate and professional, can communicate in a clear, positive fashion with clients and staff.
    • Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English; fluent in host country language.
    • Basic knowledge of Microsoft products
    • Position is office based in Lenexa, KS (KCI) or Raleigh NC (RDU)
    • To qualify, applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States, and should not require, now or in the future, sponsorship for employment visa status.
