Who are you?
A Marketing Manager must possess a rare blend of business and industry savvy, as well as big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality. A Marketing Manager's key role is strategic, not tactical. You will proactively drive the marketing strategy for the projects you manage while remaining consistent with corporate branding and marketing strategies. A Marketing Manager operates in a matrixed environment and must be able to communicate well with direct reports, team members within Global Marketing and across all areas and levels of the company.
Marketing Managers work on a wide range of projects, including lager initiatives, projects of various size, and the development and execution of ongoing marketing plans. Across these various duties, you must gain a deep understanding of the customer experience, identify and fill gaps to generate new, innovative ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth. Responsibilities may/will include: lead and/or conduct detailed research and analysis to help form recommendations, develop marketing plans along with corresponding budgets, manage the execution of the plan throughout the course of the project/year, evaluate ROI on various marketing strategies and tactics, lead and drive projects to meet strategic objectives and determined timelines.
