Oversees employees, manages relationships with assigned sponsors, and provides expertise in the area of regulatory writing, publications writing, and regulatory publishing.
• Interviews and selects team members according to sponsor needs.
• Assists with the development of department procedures and initiatives.
• Collaborates with other departments to identify, investigate, and implement new business opportunities.
• Helps provide strategic direction for regulatory writing, publication writing, or regulatory publishing programs.
2 years of experience in a leadership capacity in clinical and scientific communications
Experience in a relationship management role is preferred
