    What will you be doing?


    Principle Responsibilities:

    • Maintain program specific Contract Tracker for ATV/High Priority Therapeutic Area (TA) compounds or studies and publish on a regular basis.
    • Connect with study team(s) to identify contract targets and milestone dates to be entered into contract tracker.
    • Link contract milestone dates with category lead times, set expectations and Escalate contract target dates that are being requested with insufficient lead time
    • Liaise with the category managers/analysts to assist with work prioritization and ensure contracts are within agreed upon contracting timelines
    • Escalation & Alerts
      1. Alert Business Engagement Leads (BELs) and study team if any agreements are at risk of exceeding agreed upon timelines
      2. Proactively alerts all stakeholders of potential missed deadlines and plan for keeping projects on track.
      3. Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion aligning communications and improving awareness by providing communications to leadership and key stakeholders on progress issues and risks.

    Additional Functions 

    • Sit regularly on Project Management Office (PMO) and ad hoc on clinical team meetings to stay up-to-date on outsourcing needs and study/program timelines.
    • Collaborate with CPMs/BELs on new initiatives and special projects.   
    • Improve business planning by providing early portfolio awareness to leadership.
    • Build a knowledge base of systems and provide support and guidance to leadership.
    • Improve reporting by engaging in system enhancements.
    • Act as point of contact for key business leader’s inquiries.  
    • Engage subject matter experts to provide solutions for key business leaders.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
    •  Contribute to Audit readiness – reconcile to ensure all PO’s CO#s and dollars included in tracker are complete by utilizing available tools, metrics and reports.
    •  Collection and review of Agreements for Trials
    •  Promote effective teamwork



    • Read, write and speak English; fluent in host country language required.
    • Six plus years of experience in CRO or Healthcare related industry with experience in vendor management.
    • Experience in contract management.
    • Experience in managing, training and coaching professional staff.
    • Microsoft Office
    • An undergraduate degree from an accredited institution or international equivalent required
    • Experience working with clinical vendors within a CRO
    • Master’s degree or higher preferred
