    Who are you?

    The Social Community Manager is responsible for creating and managing social media content, consumer engagement, and audience development on external social media sites (including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram) in support of marketing objectives. The Social Media Community Manager is responsible for helping create content calendars, implementing community management processes and partnering with other areas of our organization. Strong communication skills, especially written, as well as deep familiarity with social media channels and platforms is essential.

    Responsibilities

    What will you be doing?

     

    • Maintain an active presence on all PRA social platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
    • Plan and execute social media strategy to provide measurable metrics showing impact of activity
    • Analyze metrics to help drive future social media strategies
    • Maintain social media content calendar and meet with various stakeholders when necessary about content/topics to be communicated through our social channels
    • Work quickly and efficiently with creative team to incorporate creative designs into social media posts
    • Ability/creativity to quickly create simple assets in alignment with PRA’s creative guidelines
    • Manage post times and frequency of all incoming/outgoing content
    • Partner with internal teams and internal marketing organization to implement community management processes and measurement tools
    • Monitor activity on PRA’s social media profiles
    • Work with the Content Manager to source and develop content from various internal marketing for consideration and implementation in the content calendar, including paid social ads
    • Help manage budgets to manage paid campaigns
    • Keep up with relevant social media news, updates, tools, platforms and best practices
    • Tracking, analyzing metrics, generating reports, sharing insights

     

     

    Qualifications

    What do you need to have?

     

    • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 in social media (some of that experience in a corporate setting or in support of a corporate client) highly preferred
    • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, communications, journalism, English or related field and/or equivalent work-related experience.

     

    Highly Preferred:

    • Excellent written and oral communication skills, excellent organization skills
    • Knowledge/understanding of digital marketing current best practices
    • Social DNA. You understand each social channel and its purpose from a brand perspective, and have an understanding of how to best leverage each platform for maximum engagement
    • A solid knowledge and understanding of the social universe
    • Understand the key differences between B2B and B2C social media functions and implementation
    • Familiarity/comfort with basic design tools like Photoshop preferred
    • Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities within specified timeframes
