  • Overview

    Who We Are:

We Are PRA. We are 15,000+ employees strong, operating in more than 85 countries. We are committed to saving lives and we are constantly striving to be the best at what we do. Our impact is real and we see it every single day. We help get life-saving drugs into the hands of those who need them most.

    Who You Are:

You like to get it done. You like to build programs and teams. Yes there will be obstacles, yes there will be culture changes, no it will not be completed overnight and of course it will require collaboration BUT everyday you find ways to get one step closer than the day before.  You are unique. The path from A to Z seems daunting and filled with unknowns to most, however to you, the path is clear and the checkpoints along the way are obvious.  You look forward to the challenge and you are gifted at helping your teammates around you take ownership and achieve the next step as well. When the obstacles come (because they always do) you find a solution, an answer, the next step towards the goal. Bulldozing and steamrolling are not your style. You listen, you value input, you realize that you don’t know all the answers and the people around you are you’re biggest asset. While the mission is absolutely critical, there is something about you that is confident and easy going. An odd mixture of nonnegotiable milestones mixed with a very fluid and roll with the punches approach.

Most importantly, by reading this, you are getting excited and likely smiling.
