    You are committed to protecting PRA Health Sciences from hackers and other criminals targeting businesses to steal valuable information or bring our computer networks to a halt. You are passionate about developing formal process, training and building programs to protect systems and data.  You enjoy staying up-to-date on the latest industry best practices and techniques in cyber security. You respect that you are entrusted and empowered to collaborate across business units, work independently and prioritize and manage projects/tasks simultaneously.  Problem solving, and business analysis skills are key components to your success as well as the ability to quickly learn new applications, processes and procedures of varying complexity.

    Responsibilities

    What You Will Be Doing:

    You will be part of a team that is responsible for preparing business support documentation that uses business process modeling, analysis and design tools and business process management automation technologies This will include contributing to project and program plans supporting process improvement initiatives.  You will work closely with the other security professionals to assess process gaps and provide recommendations for improving our security documentation and training.  You will develop metrics for process measurement and make recommendations to improve process performance and effectiveness.

    Additional Responsibilities:

    • Work cross functionally with PRA business units to facilitate the development of formal policies, process, procedures, instructions, references and manuals
    • Implement sound, best in class security procedures and change behaviors through effective training
    • Assesses the impact of business process changes

    Qualifications

    What Do You Need to Have:

    • Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent diploma required
    • 3+ years of relevant experience in process and training development
    • Working knowledge of cyber security process (e.g. ISO 27000, NIST, etc.) preferred
    • Working knowledge of Data Privacy (e.g. EU GDPR) preferred
    • To qualify, applicants must be legally authorized to work in the US and should not require, now or in the future, sponsorship for employment visa status
